The Partnership of Cloona Child Contact Centre commissioned Community Evaluation Northern Ireland (CENI) to undertake the evaluation of the project to

• Report on the background and development of Cloona Child Contact Centre
• A review of the core project activity looking at a range of monitoring data and the project’s performance against key targets 
• To establish the impact of service provision on service users
• Review of management structures and systems
• Consider the Centre’s plans for future development

The report was written by Evelyn Gilliland (CENI) and presented to various organisations, councillors and representatives on Thursday 12 June 2008, in the Balmoral Hotel Belfast.
